Q – What type of service do we provide?

All occasions…all the time. We provide professional courteous service for the following:

Q – What type(s) of vehicles do we have available?

All of our limousines are brand new Lincolns ranging in size from 6-passenger to 10-passenger. Van service (maximum 14 passengers..or maximum 10 passengers with luggage). All vehicle rentals include chauffeur.

Q – I have 10 people in my wedding party plus a little 5 year old flower girl, can we still fit in a 10-passenger limousine?

Even a 5 year old is considered a passenger. We would never risk injury to a young child and we cannot make exceptions to the law regarding passenger vehicle capacity. It would be better to rent a second smaller limousine to accommodate everyone with more elbow and leg room.

Q – How far in advance should I make my reservation for transportation service?

For weddings, as soon as you have booked your reception facility, give us a call. We recommend booking at least 6 months to 1 year in advance of wedding dates. The months of May, June, September and October are the most popular and therefore book up the fastest. But as those dates get filled, the rest of the year gets very busy as well…so book early to guarantee availability, size and color preference. For proms, call as soon as the date of the prom has been announced. For all other occasions, call as soon as possible to secure the vehicle that best suits your needs.

Q – What should I expect to pay for the service?

While our rates are very competitive, there are just too many variables to list all of them here. Please call or Contact Us for exact rate quotes. Additionally, take a moment to view our SPECIALS page for special unadvertised savings.

Q – Is there a deposit required…and when are balances due?

Our policy requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the rental. We cannot hold or guarantee any vehicle without this deposit. The remaining balance is due at least two weeks prior to the date of the service to be performed. Vehicle(s) will not be reserved until a signed contract has been received by Call’s Limousine and/or other arrangements have been made.

Q – What method of payment do you accept?

Personal checks should be made out to Call’s Limousine and sent to 215 East Main St., Westfield, MA 01085. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. However, an imprint of the credit card as well as signature is required before the service can be performed.

Q – Is the tip for the chauffeur included in the rental fee?

No. Glad you asked. Our chauffeurs are professional and dedicated, and, like any other professional service person, they deserve a customary gratuity of 15-20% of the total cost of rental based on their performance. It is good practice to give this to the chauffeur at the start of the service in order to prevent the possibility that it might be overlooked or forgotten at the completion of service.

Q – Do your chauffeurs wear uniforms?

Absolutely. For all formal events, they wear a black tuxedo uniform. For less formal and corporate functions, it is a black suit with straight tie. You deserve nothing less!

Q – Is champagne included in the vehicle?

We include complimentary champagne for weddings service only. For all other occasions, we provide plenty of ice, glassware and napkins. You are welcome to provide your own choice of beverage.

Q – Can we bring our own alcohol into the limousine?

Yes. We recommend you place these items in a small cooler where you can dispose of your empties and trash at the end of the day/night.

Q – My teenager wants to go to the prom, can he and his friends have champagne in the limousine?

If your son or daughter isn’t old enough to drink legally, then he or she is not allowed by law to drink alcoholic beverages in any of our vehicles. As a precaution against underage drinking, our chauffeurs have been instructed to place all backpacks, duffel bags or any other suspicious containers in the trunk of the limousine to be returned to the passengers at the end of the night. Our policy on underage drinking is zero tolerance!

Q – Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?

No. All of our vehicles are non-smoking.
